[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0/8992.0 USB - SANDBERG; JAIL DOOR; and BOBO LINK

     11175.0 was active at 0007z with SANDBERG conducting their mostly
daily post 0000z new UTC day communications test count.

1418z BLOW 26 (E6B; AE041B) launched from TINKER and flew north toward
OFFUTT where he flew a box-like pattern around the OFFUTT area.  At 1426z
BOBA LINK (BLOW 26) worked JAILDOOR (NCS HFGCS) and entered the net.

     8992.0 was active at 1438z with BOBA LINK calling "SANDBAG"; and,
again at 1441z

     11175.0 was active at 1535z with HUSKER 15 working MAINSAIL for
"current message traffic."  MAINSAIL stated "None" and HUSKER 15 was gone.

     11175.0 was active at 1558z with JAIL DOOR broadcasting the
30-character EAM HDCTRT. JAIL DOOR repeated HDCTRT at 1604z.

     11175.0 was active at 1615z with BOBO LINK calling and working
MAINSAIL for an exchange of radio checks.

     11175.0 was active at 1617z with SANDBERG/SANDBURG (processed audio)
calling and raising BOBO LINK but BOBO LINK  had him as very
weak/unreadable with no effective contact.  Same at 1621z.

     11175.0 was active at 1626z with SANDBERG (sounding stronger; and,
different operator) calling and raising BOBO LINK to exchange signal checks
(loud and clear to each other (BOBO LINK initially called him SANDBAG);
connectivity check).   At 1630z BOBO LINK then went into his message
traffic script: VFZ JCY ABK; Time 31; Authentication ZR; I say again;
repeat of 3 element groups (only); and, out.

     11175.0 1631z SANDBERG stated "Copies all" and was quiet.

     11175.0 1632z (after SANDBERG finished) JAIL DOOR popped up with a
"standing by for traffic" statement.
