[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 USB - KING CRAB and NUTSHELL

0030z+/- LORNA 17 (E6B; AE0411) launched from TINKER and flew westbound.
There is a Pacific NOTAM reservation from 0245z to 0545z.

     11175.0 was active at 0206z with NUTSHELL (LORNA 17) calling KING CRAB
with no known response.  At 0209z NUTSHELL called KING CRAB and then began
his script: "(message of 3 groups); JRR HFK ABK; Time 0209; Authentication
AI; I say again: JRR HFK ABK; time 0210; Authentication VV; this is
NUTSHELL out."  Note the change in minute stamp and authentication in
mid-message. Traffic was sent while LORNA 17 was just east of Albuquerque,
New Mexico.
