0354z: KILOGRAM (NCS); C74MR4; P1.
C74MR4UV6JZ6EKUTQ73QHLFX3Z6CAS
0903z: Test counts from various locations.
[Observation: 1700z is 8:00 PM in Qatar. 8 PM local is when Qatar came
under a well forewarned missile bombardment. I'm assuming the following
sequence is strictly coincidental. If not, it's signaling.]
1321z: VEND 12 AE92BD E6A (suspected ABNCP mission) launched from TINKER
and flew to the missile fields of eastern Colorado and then western
Nebraska, orbited both areas for a total of about 3 hours; and returned to
TINKER around 1920z+/-. Did not hear him enter the net; and did not hear a
274 status message broadcast.
1335z: ATONEMENT (E6B; suspected VEND 12) calling PREP DOC (sounds like).
1337z: ATONEMENT calling PREP DOC
1339z: ATONEMENT calling LADY FISH
1344z: ATONEMENT calling LADY FISH
1508z: ATONEMENT calling CONTENDER
1511z: ATONEMENT calling CONTENDER; raised MAINSAIL but did not respond.
1512z: ATONEMENT calling CONTENDER
1700z: ATONEMENT; 8992.0; KJL46O; 163 characters; P2. Precedes NCS
broadcast of same. H+00/h+30 are NCS/ABNCP restoral windows.
KJL46OBDI3QLWSJYTXYFZQHKSJ4GPCX4FXEU2RAWLHXANTU4HEMCIPBIMLWSJVJR2WAAR3;
battlestaff in background is in verbal process of purging their message
queue; at declaration "queue is clear" the operator stopped string, stated
this message is terminated; and out. Per ADSBExchange, ATONEMENT/VEND12 was
clearly orbiting the western Nebraska missile fields at that time period
per ADSBExchange.
1709z KILOGRAM; KJL46O; 163 characters; P2 trailing the ABNCP partial
broadcast of same. The length is unusual for the P2/KJ series of strings.

1719z KILOGRAM; YPX6PZ; 120 characters; P3; no quads but contains doublets
that conform with the P3 18/quad formatting for this particular length.

1925z: ATONEMENT calls and eventually raised MAINSAIL to exit the net.
1927z: MAINSAIL became KILOGRAM and began the process.
1928z: ATONEMENT requested an "alternate authentication" and finished the
process.
1930z: ATONEMENT exited the net while in pattern work over TINKER.
2133z: KILOGRAM; C7SE2Y; P1.
