[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0/11175.0 USB - RED RIVER; KYLE 11; BILLBOARD; AMPERAGE; RESECTION/NO CHANCE

     11175.0 RED RIVER called KYLE 11 at 1918z and 1937z with no known
response.  East coast SDR.

     11175.0 was active at 1933z with BILLBOARD (NCS HFGCS) broadcasting
the 30 character EAM TRHQEB.

1935z BILLBOARD standing by for traffic. Also at 2000z and 2030z.

     11175.0 was active at 1940z with AMPERAGE broadcasting TRHQEB at the
TACAMO LANT H+10/H+40 restoral rebroadcast window. Also at 2010z (very
weak/readable on UTwente but not visible on waterfall);  2040z; and 2110z.
MARK 52; E6B; that may have been his second trip to the Atlantic this UTC
day.

     11175.0 was active at 2105z with BILLBOARD broadcasting a 30 character
EAM 5QC4JE "FOR EARLY 52."  EARLY 52 (E6B) has been visible on ADSB mapping
sites CONUS midday over western United States.

     8992.0 was active at 2108z with RESECTION calling BILLBOARD "for radio
verification on 8992". He called again but immediately disregarded.

     8992.0 was active at 2109z with NO CHANCE calling and raiding
BILLBOARD (good levels to him; unheard on western SDR I was using) for
"radio verification" and out.

     11175.0 was active at 2133z with BILLBOARD broadcasting the 30
character EAM TR4LPR.

     11175.0 was active at 2150z with NO CHANCE broadcasting TR4LPR at
TACAMO PAC's h+20/h+50 restoral repeat broadcast window.
