[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 USB - RECIPIENT; APERTURE/LOOP HULA; STARDAY; HELLFIRE; and REINVEST

     11175.0 was active at 2315z 17 Feb 25 with RECIPIENT (NCS HFGCS)
broadcasting the 30 character EAM TRDROY.

     11175.0 was active at 2320z with APERTURE (TACAMO PAC; flying dark on
ADSB sites) broadcasting TRDROY at their H+20/h+50 restoral repeat
broadcast window. [Away from radio at 2350z).

     11175.0 was active at 0013z with STARDAY broadcasting their daily post
0000z new UTC day communications test count.

0020z LOOP HULA (new day APERTURE) broadcasting TRDROY.
0050z LOOP HULA with TRDROY.
0120z Nothing heard.

0048z MUSHY 99 AE040E (the .6 offset E6B) launched from TINKER.

0104z 8992.6 REINVEST called MAINSAIL.
0111z 11175.6 REINVEST called MAINSAIL.

0127z+/- 11175.6 REINVEST (fair levels on California SDR) called STARDAY
(see 0013z). Within a couple of seconds a male voice (no ID given; exactly
on 11175.6; weak/barely readable) pops up on frequency and says "Please
check your frequency." And quiet. I suspect that was either the part of the
services that monitor these frequencies; or, a courteous pirate (probably
the former.)  Didn't work, though.

0128z+/- 11175.6 REINVEST called HELLFIRE (new day NCS HFGCS) a couple of
times with no response (as he's off frequency.) Again at 0152z and 0154z,
calling ANY STATION with no response on 11175.6.

     11175.0 was active at 0135z with APERTURE (not using new day LOOP
HULA) worked HELLFIRE and exited the net. Still dark on ADSB sites.
