[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 USB - SHADRACK; SURF SUDS; CONCURSE; INDUCTOR; RAMP 22 and RED RIVER

     11175.0 was active at 0009z 13 Feb 25 UTC with SHADRACK broadcasting
their daily post-0000z new UTC day communications test count.

     11175.0 was active at 0209z with RAMP 22 calling and raising MAINSAIL
for a radio check.  At 0609z RED RIVER called RAMP 22; raised MAINSAIL; and
explained that RED RIVER was trying to reach RAMP 22. Nothing heard past
that point.

1409z+/- DEWAY 61 (E6B) launched ex SEYMOUR JOHNSON AFB flew west to OFFUTT.

     11175.0 was active at 1425z with INDUCTOR (DEWAY 61) calling and
raising  SHADRACK (distinctive audio) for exchange of signal reports; and
then INDUCTOR stated "stand by for traffic". INDUCTOR began his script:
"....WMO UXI TKC; time 1426; I authenticate KU; I say again; WMO UXI TKC;
INDUCTOR, out".  At 1427z SHADRACK: "This is SHADRACK; copy all: SHADRACK
out." and quiet.

     11175.0 was active at 1428z with INDUCTOR calling SURF SUDS with no
known response.

     11175.0 was active at 1430z with INDUCTOR calling CONCOURSE. Again at
1432z. No response and quiet.

     11175.0 was active at 1556z with JAKE 11 calling and raising MAINSAIL
for "current message traffic." MAINSAIL stated there was none, and quiet.
