[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 USB - SLIDE 12 and HUPMOBILE

     11175.0 was active at 0246z with SLIDE 12 (good levels on SDR) calling
ANY STATION for a radio check, and raising HUPMOBILE (fair levels; NCS
HFGCS). Both stations exchanged radio checks (loud and clear to each other)
and quiet.
