[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 USB - PROCLAIM; YARDBIRD; ADJUTANT; and, JUNE DAY

     2341z 07 Feb 25 ADJUTANT broadcast the 30 character EAM FBRAXD.

     00002z JUNE DAY (E6B; suspected AE040E; flying dark) broadcast FBRAXD.
He was transmitting on 11176.6.  That .6 offset is typically of AE040E. He
then rebroadcast the string at 0030z, 0100z and maybe 0130z (stepped on by
PAWNSHOP (NCS HFGCS)).

     0013z PROCLAIM broadcast the daily post-0000z UTC new day
communications test count.

     Between restorals, JUNE DAY would periodically call PROCLAIM (on
11175.6). They never get responses when they transmit on the offset..

     0125z JUNE DAY called YARDBIRD with no response. Suspected second CP.

That might suggest the frequency is potentially guarded 24 hours a day by
the CPs.
