[MilCom] MIL: 11175.O USB - LIVE WIRE; SPINCAST; and MAILCALL

1728z+/- CLOSE 32 (E6B AE0414) launched ex OFFUTT.

     11175.0 was active at 1804z with MAILCALL calling SPINCAST.

     1808z MAILCALL called SPINCAST.

     1820z MAILCALL called LIVE WIRE.

     1820z LIVE WIRE called and raised MAILCALL for an exchange of signal
checks. After a noticeable pause, LIVE WIRE inquired: "Do you need any
further assistance?"

     1821z MAILCALL: "LIVEWIRE; LIVEWIRE; This is MAILCALL; Break; message
of 3 groups follows:

IKX AII KRU; time 21; authentication NS.
i say again
IKX AII KRU; This is MAILCALL out."

And quiet.

     Twice in one UTC day.

     "ABK" is gone from this message; but, IKX (the first group) was also
the first group of the message of 04 Feb 04.

     Centered on TINKER/OFFUTT E6Bs.

     LIVE WIRE appears to be the USSTRATCOM Command Post.

     SPINCAST [[(WHEATIES; SPACE GUN; etc) is unknown. [Idle speculation:
Global Strike Command/RED RIVER?? Or, WING ONE?? They have/had (W1) the
equipment for it). Triggered by TOXI 28/TILPE 04's post 0000z 05 Feb 25
brief visit to BARKSDALE per ADSBExchange playback.  Or, somewhere else?]
