[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 USB - OVERSLIDE and AROMATIC

     11175.0 was active at 0015z with OVERSLIDE (sounding like OVERSIGHT at
the time) broadcasting their daily post-0000z new UTC day communications
test count.

     1904z AROMATIC (excellent levels; E6B; suspected TOXI 28 ex TINKER
1722z+/-) pops up on 11750.0 with:

"OVERSLIDE, this is AROMATIC. Message of 3 groups follows: IVO OTL ABK;
time 1904 authentication QD. I say again; IVO OTL ABK; time 1904
authentication QD."

     1906z AROMATIC (weak; in SDR's noise floor) is heard calling
(AUTHENTIC or ADVANTAGE or ??; weak) and passing message of 3 groups: IVO
OTL ABK time 1906 authentication (missed due to cochannell QRM.)

As with the last 3 instances of this traffic, the last group was ABK. This
was the first session where the timestamp and authentication was repeated
during the 2nd reading of the 3-group message.
