     11175.0 was active at 0020z and  0022z with FIRE CAMP broadcasting
their new UTC day communications test count.

     11175.0 was active at 1747z with TEDDY BOY (NCS HFGCS) broadcasting
the 30-character EAM KO3EVC "FOR DOPEY 17." (There was no 30-character 4A
string broadcast at 1817z).

     11175.0 was active at 1803z with ABORTIVE calling TEDDY BOY (NCS
HFGCS).

     11175.0 was active at 1806z with ABORTIVE calling UNDULATE and in the
blind passing his message traffic of 3 groups: WIX LGO; CJD; time 06;
authentication OT; repeat; out.

1817z: DOPEY 17 AF3A67 launched from FAIRCHILD (Spokane, WA) and flew to
the Gulf.

1819z: ICKER 19 AF259C launched from TRAVIS.

     11175.0 was active at 1828z with (too weak to read) working TEDDY BOY
to enter the net. May have been FEARLESS.

     11175.0 was active at 1839z with FEARLESS (presumed DOPEY 17) calling
FIRE CAMP and in the blind passing his message traffic of 3 groups: CLQ TBF
MVI; time 1840z; authentication CJ; repeat; out.  He broadcast that at GPS
time 1839z as he spoke it.

     11175.0 was active at 1842z with INCUBATE calling OVERLORD (sounds
like; or sometimes BOULEVARD; or ??); and, at 1843z calling TEDDY BOY with
no known responses.

     8992.0/11175.0 were active at 2244z with FEARLESS (DOPEY 17 over the
Gulf) broadcasting the 30-character EAM 4AKHQN, preceding the NCS broadcast
of the same.

     11175.0 was active at 2246z with TEDDY BOY broadcasting 4AKHQN.

     11175.0 was active with FEARLESS and TEDDY BOY broadcasting 4AKHQN
over each other (TEDDY BOY stronger) at the h+00h+30 NCS/ABNCP/Gulf
restoral rebroadcast windows.

     27.2 KHz (Gulf freq) was indicated as active at 2300z with a VLF FSK
broadcast (presumably 4AKHQN) per the W1VD VLF grabber website.

FEARLESS (but not the NCS) was further active at 2330z ; 0000z (as LIVE
WIRE over southern Louisiana); and 0030z (as LIVE WIRE over southeastern
Arkansas).
