[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0 USB - EXTRADITE and STEEL WORKER

     8992.0 was active at 2021z with EXTRADITE (NCS HFGCS) broadcasting a
30 character EAM WGFPNS "FOR JERKY SEVEN."

2045z: JERKY 07 launched from PAX RIVER and is now over the Atlantic.

     8992.0 was active at 2039z with STEEL WORKER (female operator;
weakish; plainly stated) broadcasting WGFPNS. This was heard on 8992 only
on California and another western SDR. It appears to be an "echo"
broadcast.  It was not heard on central or east coast SDRs or on Hawaii
sdr. She did not use the FOR statement. STEEL WORKER is an 11 character
callword in a universe of 7 to 9 character callwords.

     8992.0 was active at 2051z with EXTRADITE (may be the same female
operator as the 2039z broadcast) broadcast the 30-character EAM HJ6PIY.  30
minute window after the 2021z FOR EAM. It may be heard later from JERKY 7
at h+10/40 and on 17.8 KHz.
