[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0/11175.0 USB - WARHAWK 43

     8992.0 and 11175.0 active at 1607z+ with WARHAWK 43 (Rivet Joint;
AE01C5) calling WHISKY 3 multiple times on both frequencies with no known
response. Good levels on western SDRs. Visible on ADSB mapping sites,
currently over New Mexico.
