[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - RED RIVER

     11175.0 USB was active at 2141z and 2144z 24 Sep 2024 with RED RIVER
conducting a radio check. Based on the very strong signal on the UTwente
SDR, they definitely keyed EU sites. Not as strong on California bay area
SDR sites.  Is it common to hear loud and clear RED RIVER on east
hemisphere SDRs?
