1901z 09 Sep 24

111750.0 was active at 1706z with ANTIQUITY (HFGCS) broadcasting a
30-character EAM "FOR LAMB 49" (IEIG4S).

At 1736z ANTIQUITY broadcast the 30-character EAM 3EP6BA. (30 minute
window.)

At 1746z a very weak station became active on 11175.0 with 3EP6BA.
Believed to be ANTIQUITY. Unheard on multiple SDRs (midwest/east coast)
except one in the north west.

At 1749z LAMB 49 became visible on Flight Radar 24 on the ground at
TRAVIS. LAMB 49 launched from TRAVIS at 1753z and flew to the Pacific.

At 1757z SEA WASP (presumed LAMB 49; TACAMO PAC) called ANTIQUITY and
MAINSAIL, eventually raising ANTIQUITY at about 1804z and went through the
process to enter the net (1807z.)

At the conclusion of the process SEA WASP made an additional request.
He requested that ANTIQUITY rebroadcast the "last Emergency Action Traffic"
and restated it as "Emergency Action Traffic, Message." ANTIQUITY asked him
if was asking for the "preamble." SEA WASP replied that he wanted the full
message. ANTIQUITY complied with the request including the "All stations,
all stations" statement, reread the string 3EP6BA twice, SEA WASP
acknowledged and gone.

11175.0/8992.0 was active at 1850z with SEA WASP rebroadcasting 3EP6BA
at the PAC H+20/H+50 restoral windows. Should remain active with the string
over the next 90 minutes or less.
