[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - ROADSIDE with ALE request

     11175.0 USB via midwest SDR was active at 2145z with ROADSIDE
(weak/fair) calling MAINSAIL and raising. Very brief request about ALE
status, confirmed by MAINSAIL, and gone.

     The only visible (on ADS-B sites) player at that time was an E4B
ADFEB6 eastbound 2112z out of OFFUTT.
