[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - DEUCE 01 and RED RIVER

     11175.0 was active at 1431z with what initially sounded like DOOM 01
(weak; in the noise floor of a California sdr) calling MUDBUG for a radio
check.  At 1441z he called RED RIVER.

     11175.0 was active at 1452z DEUCE 01 (currently visible on ADSB sites
over Texarkana and then central Arkansas; good levels on gulf coast sdrs)
worked RED RIVER (weak/often unreadable) and requests RED RIVER "bump the
link BAD DELTA" with "JU 02 021". RED RIVER confirmed. At 1453z DEUCE 01
confirmed receipt of JU 02 021; RED RIVER acknowledged; and gone.
