[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - ELSA 46 E6: DIVINITY/COATTAIL

     11175.0 USB was active at 1324z with TELEGRAM (NCS HFGCS) broadcasting
a 30 character EAM BPOH3P "FOR ELSA 46".

     ELSA 46 launched from PAX RIVER at 1333z.

     11175.0 was active at 1353z with TELEGRAM broadcasting the 30
character EAM FVDWO3.

      11175.0 was active at 1413z with DIVINITY (presumed ELSA 46)
broadcasting FVDWO3. H+10/H+40 restoral repeat. Repeated again at
1440z/1510z/1540z with nothing heard at 1610z

     At 1447z 17.8 KHz was reported active with the FSK broadcast of FVDWO3.

     11175.0 was active at 1513z with DIVINITY calling MAINSAIL; and, to
enter the net.

     After the restoral session ended over the Atlantic ELSA 46 returned to
shore and headed toward the Gulf of Mexico (this can be followed on
ADSB sites.) By 1900z ELSA 46 was over the Gulf.

     11175.0 was active at 1910z with TELEGRAM broadcasting the 30
character EAM FVRSBL.

     8992.0 was reported active at 1912z with TELEGRAM broadcasting
FVRSBL.  8992.0 only.

     27.2 KHz FSK became active at 1926z with the VLF broadcast of FVRSBL.

     11175.0 as active at 1930z with COATTAIL broadcasting FVRSBL at the
Gulf's/NCS restoral broadcast H+00/H+30 window.  COATTAIL was active with
same at 2000z.

ELSA 46 was active as DIVINITY when in the TACAMO LANT h+10/h+40 role; and
COATTAIL in the old TACAMO CENT/Gulf h+00/h+30.

That might explain having, say, two E6B visible on ADSB sites but maybe 3
active callwords or more active aurally on HF.  Not covered above but this
local day has 2 E6s visible but the following callwords have been heard
active:

TELEGRAM (NCS HFGCS)
DIVINITY (TACAMO LANT) - ELSA 46
COATTAIL (ANBCP Gulf or whatever) - ELSA 46
YARDBIRD (potentially LYONS 22 over central US).
ARCHIBALD (a called callword)
ART SHOW (responding to the ARCHIBALD call but ignored.)
[ARCHIBALD and ART SHOW were between 1623z and 1640z.]

The above is not uncommon. Same aircraft; two different roles/missions? Or??
