[MilCom] 11175.0 - DOOM 11 and RED RIVER with message traffic

1827z  21 Nov 24

     11175.0 USB was active with OVERREACH (HFGCS NCS) broadcasting the 63
character EAM BP3EJA.

     11175.0 was active at 1815z with DOOM 11 calling RED RIVER with no
response, and then broadcasting:

PIC UAQ AHZ CWX WED HFZ KVZ TDN NDI WOK

And out.

For the past three days these sessions have begun with an 1803z BP
series EAM of 63 characters.
