[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - RED RIVER receives message traffic from DOOM 11 and DOOM 12

     11175.0 was active at 1844z with HUSKER 18 calling and working
MAINSAIL, and requesting "current message traffic."  MAINSAIL responded
that there was no current message traffic, and out. (There was heavy
original message traffic on the HFGCS between 1549z and 1803z, with
RHETORIC (NCS HFGCS) standing by for traffic since 1700z, and remains so at
1929z.)

     11175.0 USB was active at 1848z with DOOM 12 (good levels on Gulf
coast SDRs) working RED RIVER (fair) with "Message Traffic" of "six groups
of 3 characters."

     11175.0 was active at 1851z with DOOM 11 (good/fair levels) calling
RED RIVER with " a message of eleven groups;" however, no message traffic
was heard.

     11175.0 was active at 1854z with DOOM 12 working RED RIVER and passing
a "message of eight groups of three characters":

immediately corrected the "one" to INDIA.)
