11175.0 USB was active at 1544z 27 Jun with male operator (did not use ID)
in a test comm that counted down from 10 to 1, and then repeated the
process.

15016.0 USB was active at 1847z 27 Jun with COLLINS AEROSPACE (voice ID) in
a test comm that counted down from 10 to 1.

I'm assuming the 1544z broadcast was them as well.
