[MilCom] MIL: 8992.6/11175.0 - AZTEC ART and ARBITRAGE

SCENARIO/BROAD 76 reappeared on Flight Radar 24 at 2207z, having travelled
southbound over the Atlantic until he was east northeast of Jacksonville,
Florida and returned to the Atlantic shore at 2238z+/-. He appears to be on
a direct flight to TINKER in Oklahoma. He is currently over Arkansas.

     At 2339z 30 Dec 24 ARBITRAGE (NCS HFGCS) broadcast the 30 character
EAM "NDJUXP."

     At 0030z AZTEC ART (appears to be UTC newday callword of BROAD 76)
broadcast NDJUXP on at least 8992.6 and 11175.0 USB.  He was weak/fair on
California SDR and weak/barely readable on Gulf coast SDR.  H+00/h+30 is
the restoral window for the NCS/ABNCP/Gulf E6B.  There is an
occasional pattern of the TACAMO LANT performing its duty over the Atlantic
and then moving to the Gulf for H+00/h+30 duty later in the local day
except in this case he is over Arkansas.
