[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - CHANDLER and TAIL SPIN

     11175.0 USB was active at 0013z with CHANDLER conducting their daily
UTC new-day HFGCS communications test count ending with DTMF tones.

     DIRK 86 E6B launched from TINKER at 1417z.

     11175.0 was active at 1437z with TAIL SPIN (DIRK 86) working RED APPLE
(NCS HFGCS) and entered the net. Currently on approach to OFFUTT.

     11175.0 was active at 1449z with CHANDLER (good levels on western
sdrs) calling MAINSAIL.

     11175.0 was active at 1524z TAILSPIN (good levels on western SDRs)
calling and raising CHANDLER (good levels) for a signal check and gone.
