[MilCom] Signal or noise on 8992

A few months ago I had written about some noise on 8992. It was a short blip or buzzy signal. Over time the
the noise has become a long, loud buzzing sounding signal. It has stretched out to over 14 seconds long &
occurs around every 3 minutes. Tonight listening to  Odis-271 with Iron Lung. They had to stop for it every 3
minutes.  I have attached an mp3 


 So, anyone think is the Russians?  A spurious emission from a spy radio, a Satellite making hypersonic passes
around the earth?  ;-)  


Has anyone else noticed it?
