Likely a temporary flight restriction violation.

1837Z 121.5 '...on Guard. You are entering Restricted airspace.' Strong OM. I'm midway between Phila & NYC so the source is somewhere in the NE. The only Restricted airspace I'm aware of are the W areas off the coast which are operated by FACSFAC VACAPES in VA Beach but they must have remote bases. I left the radio on 121.5 but heard nothing further.
