Check UDXF, and Spooks groups, they follow such things to the second.

Look up Enigma Stations on your favorite search engine, there are 
hundreds, maybe even thousands of such stations now, and they broadcast 
near constantly somewhere in the RF spectrum, as well as internet, and 
telephone.  If you can find the "enigma master control list", it lists 
known stations, designators, and formats.  Here are some decent resources:
