[MilCom] UHF Connection Re: HF Log for 11/17/2021

Hello Scott & the Group:

BLACKOUT was active 1512 & 1540 hrs local (eastern), initially flying 
off the NJ coast and than in the Central VT (on the NY state line).   
ADS B seem to show MANNY 97 (E6B) was the front end.
Passed message "3WN5AG"
Frequencies:  311 & 323.8 mhz.
