4810.00 (2028-2313 UTC) Russian military beacon, very high power. Strong signal w/o QSB into Phila area. Log entry: pulsing buzz, then repeating different tone patterns, falling tone chords. Hypnotic to listen to. Very odd modulation pattern, which has changed over the past. See YouTube videos of it to compare the difference.

Receiver: ICOM IC-R8600 SDRAntenna: Diamond D-3000 discone at 17' AGL.
Odd fact about the discone is that it works as well at 3 MHz as it does at 100 MHz. It's spec is down to 25 MHz but I have yet to test how low it can go. It's on 15' of Rohn mast sections ties to an acrylic fence in my side yard.
