[MilCom] 11175.0 - PROPERTY standing by for traffic

11175.0 was active at 0447z with AGILE 03 working SKYMASTER and passing one
4-element group (L26D). Based on ADS-B data he was over Fargo at the time.
Exercise still active at 0500z based on Z3H restoral traffic on 5074.0.
