[MilCom] 15016.00 - SKYMASTER activity and ABCP restoral activity

     15016.0 was active at 1900z with (maybe PRESLEY or ?; very weak with
fading using a New York area KiwiSDR) with multiple EAMs and ending with
Standing by for Traffic. Frequency is also active with stations calling
SKYMASTER and passing a 4-element group.  Suspected 'glass player.

     At 1910z the frequency was active with (maybe LONGBOW or LONGBOAT or
??; fair readable to weak; additional operator chatter in his audio
background) with multiple EAMs (BHBPAG; BHICGI; BHOGSX) and ending with
standing by for traffic.  Suspected TACAMO LANT.

     8035.0 has been active for most of the mid day with 5GQ bcsting
restoral EAM traffic at H+00/h+30.
