Its from USMA West Point. Google 890265 Cessna, and the first photo shown
is that 182 in flight, with "West Point" on the fuselage. Also, the USMA
Aviation webpage shows 890264, another 182, in a photo.

Subject: [MilCom] US Army Flying Cessna 182"s?

Interestingly my ADS B receiver got two hits today on a Cessna 182Q,
AE4EF1, 89-00265, US Army at 1103 & 1508 hrs local.  Any idea where this
plane is based and what it is utilized for?  (I'm guessing it is
assigned to the USA West Point).
