[MilCom] Anyone left? Cq CQ

  Hey David.    I found another Ale freq.
  I kept getting QRM on 4724 so I tuned into it. It is 4721.0 Andrews giving
radio checks with Hickam & Lajes befor sending the Ale. At least I think its
Ale. I have no way to decode it :-)
