[MilCom] WEFAX on 11.175

Turns out it apparently  HONOLULU doing the broadcast. I went back today
thru all of the wefax broadcasts and found some in the night that were
perfectly readable and it had HONOLULU's name on it ..

I called  USCG in VA and told the person there what I was hearing and on
several other station sites..He seemed unphased
