[MilCom] Reviewing WBFM files with the File Player plugin for SDR#

Seems to work good enough once you get used to the frequency being displayed differently.  If the file is long short transmissions on the oderwire  will look alot like a short spike of noise on the file review and they could be easy to miss so I click on every suspicious spot to see if there is voice there.  It's easy to spot where a single frequency tone is dropped on the file review when they make a phone call on one of the phone lines even on the longer recordings.
