[MilCom] French Air Force Arrives in Savannah

I'm not sure what they're routing was. I was working near the airport this
week and had literally just gotten in the car and turned on the radios when
I heard FAF 4040 and FAF 9175 check up with tower and ADC Ops, so I don't
even know what approach frequency they were on to guess which direction
they came from!
