[MilCom] Fwd: [MilRadioComms] KC-135 "Eddie 73" on Hurricane Irma Relief Flight

I had PACK 94 and 95 depart from the Savannah ADC today, I'm wondering if
they were relief related since the ADC has been acting as a hub:

 PACK 94 (KC-135R, 58-0066, 157th ARW)
 PACK 95 (KC-135R, 64-1836, 157th ARW)

I also noticed some REACH 1##H flights arrive and then depart Hunter AAF
earlier in the week, I'd assume they were doing relief missions as well. I
know there's at least one communications unit from Fort Stewart deployed to
Puerto Rico.
