[MilCom] C-32B 99-6143 lands Patrick AFB as Garby 65.

I got a few photos of US Air  Force C-32B 99-6143 landing at Patrick AFB 
this morning as "Garby 65." Gloomy  day here, so the lighting is not very 
good. But it was worth a shot because the  C-32Bs are so rarely here.
