Exciting comms this morning.
I just heard the US Coast Guard on 157.075 scream several times "Stop  your 
vessel; you are in a Security Area."
Then, the same excited voice screamed "Stop immediately or you will be  
fired upon."
He then directed the Captain to steer towards a jetty and stop; and then  
said "Captain, if you move you will be fired upon.  Boarding is being made  
now.
