The venerable HC-130N 69-5833 "King 33" departed Patrick AFB for
undoubtedly the last time today. Patrick's 920th Rescue Wing recently acquired a few
younger birds and made several of their old planes expendable. King 33
flew a ceremonial flyby over the base before departing for the last time
today. He went into retirement at Davis-Monthan AFB's
AMARG "Boneyard" in Arizona. Here is a photo I got of his departure today.
Job well done, King 33.
