[MilCom] 8992.0 FIRE ANT

8992.0 was active at 1900z and 1920z with restoral bcsts of 30-character
EAM N7AQ5W from FIRE ANT (sounds like; fair to unheard levels with fading)
to ALL STATIONS.  Audio sounds like a player. Not heard on other HFGCS
freqs in CONUS or on Twente SDR.  Receiver site: north Texas KiwiSDR.
