4882.5 > 4521.5 AAN4ZR telling other Tennessee State Guard stations via 
voice & data that they may be activated today, due to the wildfires in 
Tennessee. He also announced the cancellation of the remaining weekly 
nets through the month of December. Next scheduled net will be Tuesday, 
January 3, 2017. Other stations in the net included net control CHARLIE 
3 TIGER 1 (C3T1), ALPHA 1 TIGER 1 (A1T1), ALPHA 1 TIGER 2 (A1T2) & ROMEO 
3 TIGER 2 (R3T2): 1500 - 1523 UTC in USB voice & THOR-22 (29/NOV/2016)

5800.0 575 BRAVO calling ANIMAL 20.  547 ALPHA responded & 575 BRAVO 
said he was looking for the other station, but had not heard him.  
Tennessee National Guard (Not State Guard, as logged above) presumably 
activated for the Tennessee wildfires: 1911 UTC in USB voice

8000.0 Very long ALE exchanges between 2, 123, 2A & 22.  Voice comms 
heard between ZERO & TWO, but I didn't hear their call or link.  ZERO 
made several voice radio checks before finally raising TWO.  Probably 
Canadian Forces: 1949 UTC in USB ALE & USB voice (29/NOV/2016) (JLM)

8018.5 18AL1 calling BCAL1, likely US Military.  Stations SARC & BNCOC 
heard here in October in USB ALE & MIL-STD 188-110A data: 1959 UTC in
