[MilCom] WBFM GEP and Tacamo

Weak signal from the GEP and tunned its orderwire on LSB in the RF signal.  
This is the most sensative way.  Tunning in WBFM was not sensative enough to hear the voice.
338.950 WBFM (local Tacamo)
 8 Khz LSB Railman passed mission # and flight plan
56 Khz USB  Railman reports executing GSR? and asks for EAM relay

356.15868 LSB (Beale GEP orderwire)
Black Car (RF coordinator) talking to Railman, Home Owner? and Side Car?
Home Owner? passed mission # 56 and next station is Dignified
Side Car? was not heard.
