[MilCom] US Navy Security Drills

According to an article in today's newspaper:

US Navy installations across the country will be participating in Solid
Curtain-Citadel Shield 2016, an exercise that will conduct tests to spot
safety and security risks. In many areas, local law enforcement will be
involved.

The exercise will last until Feb 12.
