[MilCom] Freight Train 81

Unusual CH-47F passing thru at 2000 feet "Freight Train 81"
Showed on  mode s as (AE5990) FRTTN81 #13-08412 CH-47F at 2005z at 2000ft
Assume a  CH-47F from JB Langley/Eustis 159th Av Regiment.
Lot of freight train history  down there at Eustis home to the 7th 
Transportation Brigade.
Course rail  outsourced some time ago to Northrop Grumman Tech services but 
still train Army  freight crews there and 31 miles of track on post.
No wonder they use the  Freight Train callsign..
