[MilCom] Ref New Scanners

I have a question to the groups,  a person I know wants to buy a NEW latest
and greatest digital scanner. He wants to do local P-25 public safety and
aircraft/milcom also. Is there really a good do all in one scanner these
days ? I have a older Pro-2096 for public safety does a great job ! But
milcom I have older BC-780s, Pro-2052's and lots of HF ham gear. You have
models in mine I could pass on ?
