Rare visitor looks like into Dover area last night.
Chile Air Force KC-135E #983 callsign showing FACH983.(AE0808) Still old US 
 mode s.
 Departing tonight 0000z from Dover..
 Seems to slip in and out of Dover/McGuire area once or twice a year I  bet
smoking those old Pratt TF-33 engines..Maybe why it likes the night..
