[MilCom] WC-130J and U-2 Hurricane Joaquin Flights

A member of another group caught an error in my post. Somehow I confused
the NASA 80# U-2s with NASA 928 (WB-57). The aircraft flying out of Warner
Robins is the WB-57.  Sorry for any confusion!
