[MilCom] New HC-130J's

Thanks, Mark. Earlier this evening I saw AE54D2 on Mode-S and heard SEPTR
71 on ATC but Mode-S wasn't showing the callsign yet. I didn't see 33 on
Mode-S or hear it with ATC, but they were talking to 71 on 228.225 (Moody
AFB "ANGEL Ops"). I imagine they're probably still using it for air-to-air.
