[MilCom] Beale AFB GEP

Heard both Macinaw (RF Coordinator) and Card Suit (Tacamo) on the Beale GEP.
Card Suit was being retransmitted by the GEP and at first was too weak to understand.
As the signal from Card Suit got stronger at the GEP site it was then copyable.
Comms were on the 8 Khz subcarrier (orderwire).
Macinaw was also in comms with Deceptive. Deceptive was too weak to understand. 
Later on the signal from Card Suit became noisy and they terminated the link.  This noise was also retransmitted by the GEP.
