[MilCom] Last East Coast P-3C deployment

Think this is correct:
VP-30 first as the FRS squadron
VP-16 first as a fleet squadron
VP-5
VP-45
VP-8 currently in transition
VP-26 deployed today in their P-3C's
VP-62, a reserve unit, will be the last east coast squadron to transition
